Sir Michael Wood, ILC Special Rapporteur on this topic shared his views on the Third Report on the Formation of Customary International Law with AALCO Legal Experts.

The Member States are kindly requested to nominate a legal expert from the ministry concerned with this topic to participate in this meeting.
