A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), headquartered in New Delhi, India, and International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) headquartered in Rome, Italy, on Friday, 16th February 2024.
The collaboration aims to enhance relations between the two institutions and expand their cooperation on matters of mutual interest. The ceremony was held virtually, where H.E. Dr. Kamalinne Pinitpuvadol, Secretary-General of AALCO and Prof. Anna Veneziano, Deputy Secretary-General of UNIDROIT signed and formalized the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
