AALCO Inter-Sessional Meeting of Legal Experts on Violent Extremism and its Manifestations, 28-29 January 2016
The AALCO Secretariat convened an inter-sessional meeting to deliberate on the drafting of Asian-African legal principles to combat violent extremism and its manifestations, on 28 and 29 January 2016 at the AALCO Headquarters, New Delhi, India.
The meeting was scheduled in pursuance of the directive received from Member States vide AALCO/RES/54/S9 (adopted on 17 April 2015), which directed the Secretariat to hold inter-sessional meetings “in order to consider AALCO legal principles to combat violent extremism and its manifestations.” The relevant documents associated with the Meeting are provided in the links below.
