H.E. Dr. Kamalinne Pinitpuvadol, Secretary General of AALCO paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Kedir Awol Omar, Head of Regional Delegation (India, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan) of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on 22 March 2023. His Excellency welcomed the Secretary-General at his office with his team. The two seized this opportunity to discuss about future cooperation and joint activities on various matters of International Law.
